Free Tool and $50 Gift Card - Strengthen Your Workforce Strategy with the SME Workforce Readiness Diagnostic

EC-BC, in collaboration with the IECC Network, has launched the SME Workforce Readiness Diagnostic to help small and medium-sized businesses assess their workforce practices and identify opportunities for improvement.

ThisĀ free, 10-minute online toolĀ provides a tailored hiring profile and practical recommendations toĀ strengthen recruitment, onboarding, and retention.

The diagnostic examines key workforce practices, including:

  • How roles are defined and communicated
  • Where and how candidates are sourced
  • How candidates are assessed during the hiring process
  • How new hires are onboarded and supported to succeedĀ 

User feedback will shape future upgrades to this tool. As a thank-you, the firstĀ 30 businesses toĀ complete a feedback survey after using the diagnostic will receive aĀ $50 gift card. All survey respondents will also be entered into a draw for aĀ $350 gift cardĀ by the end of September.
