EMC's BC Youth in Manufacturing Initiative, funded by the province of British Columbia, offers $3,500 per youth (aged 16–24) hired into manufacturing roles, including roles like production, admin, design and more.

What’s included:

• $3,500 per hire to offset hiring/training costs
• Free online training for participants (Lean + Workplace Skills)
• Simple 5-minute application process
