Deborah Harford is Director of Strategy and Operations at Climate Innovation, Simon Fraser University. She is a systems-change leader with national experience advising governments, industry, nonprofits, and community partners on clean energy, low carbon resilience, and integrated climate policy. Deborah's work bridges research, strategy and implementation, helping align data, governance, and partnerships to accelerate scalable, community-centred, low carbon, resilient solutions across Canada and internationally.
