Neil is a Building Science Specialist with a focus on the implementation of climate resilient and low-energy building design strategies for new and existing buildings. Neil assists project teams in finding cost effective pathways to achieve the highest levels of the BC Energy Step Code, Passive House and other Net-Zero targets through extensive analysis and the use of high-performance building enclosures. Neil is heavily involved in research with manufacturers, industry groups and government bodies and has contributed to improving building policy and best practices on carbon reduction, energy use and climate resilience across North America.
