Policy and Adoption: Getting Projects Off the Ground
Luke is Deputy Director at Lonsdale Energy, a district energy utility providing heating to one in four residents in North Vancouver. A civil engineer and professional engineer by training, he leads the planning and delivery of low-carbon infrastructure while overseeing operations across Lonsdale Energy’s energy centres. With a Master’s in engineering management and chartered manager designation, Luke brings extensive experience in civil construction, project management, and municipal leadership. He also serves on the board of HUB Cycling, advocating for sustainable mobility in Metro Vancouver.
