Burnaby Board of Trade Appoints Tom Dielschneider as Interim CEO
BURNABY, BC – The Burnaby Board of Trade (BBOT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Dielschneider as Interim President & Chief Executive Officer, effective October 26, 2026.
Mr. Dielschneider brings extensive executive leadership experience, a strong connection to Burnaby and a longstanding relationship with BBOT. Over the past 26 years, he has worked across four Burnaby companies, most recently as Senior Vice President at Svante Technologies.
Mr. Dielschneider previously served as a Director on the BBOT Board from June 2024 – June 2026, giving him an established understanding of the organization and its role in supporting Burnaby’s business community. His experience across business leadership and governance will be a valuable asset as he steps into this role.
