Rob is an entrepreneur, environmental leader, and Olympian with a deep commitment to triple-bottom-line management. As CEO of Fuse Power, Rob is leading a new venture focused on modernizing the electricity grid with distributed, clean-energy solutions that leverage vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology. Fuse aims to build a more resilient, decarbonized grid by unlocking the full potential of EV batteries and optimizing the flow of energy. 

Rob is the owner of Novex Couriers, a certified B Corp and the first carbon-neutral courier in North America with a 100% ultra-low-emission fleet. He previously owned Westcoast Sightseeing, an award-winning tour bus company. Rob is driven by the philosophy of acquiring “dirty” companies and transforming them into sustainable, purpose-driven leaders in their industries. He thrives on collaborating with and learning from others who share his mission to create positive, lasting change.
