Request for Proposal: Clean Energy Summit – Video Production & Ads

Introduction

The Burnaby Board of Trade (BBOT) is seeking proposals from experienced vendors to produce a professionally developed promotional video for our Clean Energy Summit 2026, as well as a secondary video promoting Burnaby using footage captured during the initial project. We are also seeking a digital marketing professional or agency to design and execute a multi-platform advertising campaign to ensure these videos reach the target audiences.

Scope of Work

1. Video Production

• Develop a creative concept and storyboard for a 1–2 minute promotional video for the Clean Energy Summit 2026

• Capture or use high-quality footage, including interviews, b-roll, and event/location visuals

• Produce a second version of the video with a Burnaby focus using footage from the original shoot

• Deliver final edited videos with music, graphics, and branding in appropriate formats for digital use

2. Digital Advertising Campaign

• Plan and execute an advertising campaign across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google)

• Identify and target relevant audiences, including professionals in the clean energy sector, business leaders, investors, and policymakers.

• Provide analytics and performance reporting throughout the campaign

Proposal Requirements

• Company background and relevant experience

• Examples of past projects

• Budget estimate, with separate pricing for video and advertising components (if possible)

Submission Process

Proposals must be submitted by email at Ayelet, Director of Events and Partnerships at ayelet@bbot.ca by May 23rd, 2025.

We look forward to receiving your proposal and partnering with a creative, results-driven team to help us tell Burnaby’s story and elevate the Clean Energy Summit 2026.
